The Perfect Gift

Today's NOTE
December is the month to celebrate Christmas. People spend hours and hours in the stores in search of the perfect gift.  They wait outside in long lines for the super sale store opening.  They spend extended hours searching the Internet. They think of creative ways to create a uniquely designed item.  All for the purpose of finding or creating the perfect gift.

The perfect gift cannot be found in a material item, because the perfect gift is love.   While material items may be given out of love, they are no substitute for love itself.  And love is unlike any material item you can find.  It does not require long lines or hours of walking, looking, and searching.  It cannot be purchased.  It cannot be wrapped.  It does not cost, but provides a great return on investment.  It's memory lasts a lifetime.  It does not break.  It does not require a warranty.  It does not need batteries.  It can be given regardless of your income, budget or funds availability.  It does not require an accessory item in order for it to be operable or complete. There are no temperature controls required.  There are no age limitations or restrictions.  It is available to anyone and everyone.  There is enough to meet all demands.  It is worldwide and can be found everywhere.  It does not run out.  It does not become outdated over time.  It can transform, change, convert, create and multiply.  It does not rust, tarnish, tear or dissolve.  It is durable and is functional in water, heat, sunlight, and extreme weather conditions.  It is dependable and always works.  It comes in all shapes and sizes.  It does not have a negative impact if consumed in large quantities.

The perfect gift  of love comes from the heart.   Love is actions, words, expressions and thoughts.  Love speaks, hears, touches and feels.  It gives of one self and one's time.  It is the reason for the season; the birth of Jesus Christ.  The gift of love. Love perfected.  The perfect gift. Give love.  Love always.  Love daily.  365 love. TM

Have you told someone you loved them today?  I have. TM

Love yesterday, today and future tomorrows TM,
Torion
