For Giving and Forgiving

Today's Note
Love is for giving and forgiving.  It is for giving to others.  It is forgiving of others and yourself.  It is not about what one can do for you, but what you can do for others.  There are greater rewards that come from giving than receiving.  There are greater rewards that come from forgiving than holding on to grudges, anger and personal regrets.  Giving is not just about money or material items.  It is inclusive of your time, your support and your talents.  It is advice that steers someone in a positive direction and causes positive change.  It is an ear to listen.  Forgiving is not just about accepting an apology.  It is being able to let go even when someone fails to apologize.  It's about being able to move forward after you have made a mistake and not continuing to beat yourself up about it.  Love to give and forgive.
